Meetings

Meetings currently take place in a hybrid fashion virtually via Zoom and in person at Lena's Italian Restaurant located at 214 E. Adrian Street in Blissfield, Michigan.
We meet on Wednesdays with a Board Meeting occurring on the first Wednesday of the month. Board meetings start at 11:30. Regular meeting time is 12:00pm. The last Wednesday meeting of the month is an evening meeting that changes location.
Note: some meetings may be cancelled due to falling on major holidays.

Please note that, due to the volume of requests that we receive, we generally do not provide funds where there is minimal community benefit and we also do not fund other fundraising endeavors or groups. Case-by-case consideration and discussion on these requests will occur at the Board Meetings and you will be notified of the Board's decision.
